We understand the challenges of working with young people at risk. Fairbridge has worked with marginalized young people for 25 years. It has not been easy. There are daily mountains to climb but through determination, perseverance and skilled staff we give young people the motivation, confidence and self-esteem they need to turn their lives around. At Fairbridge Training we share this knowledge and experience. We have developed training specifically for those working with young people every day. Our carefully thought-out programmes combine practical ideas and theories, providing you with the confidence and skills to engage young people. Working with Difficult Behaviour is an essential training day for anyone currently working with or looking to work with young people. During the course you will:
- Explore theories to develop your understanding of behaviour
- Build strategies to work with challenging behaviour
- Enhance your skills and confidence when faced with difficultbehaviour
