Almost 200 partner agencies are registered with us receiving support and guidance on volunteering issues.
If your organisation involves volunteers we can offer you a range of support including :
- Information to assist you in best practice, policy development and volunteer management
- Support you in developing a more diverse range of volunteering opportunities and role descriptions
- Promote your volunteer roles and advertise opportunities in the Volunteer Centre and on the volunteernow website
- Volunteers who register with us are made aware of your volunteer opportunities through the database matching facility
- A local forum (VOLT) for volunteer managers provides training on volunteering issues and the opportunity to share experiences with others in a similar role
- Access and information to apply for small grants and trusts
